Dear Madam or Sir,

Your proposal titled /Linked Open Data across the Humanities/ has been
successfully registered with reference code oc-2014-1-18609 to the Open
Call oc-2014-1.

For this Proposal, you accept to take up the role of Main Proposer: you
will be in charge of drafting, editing, and submitting the Proposal, to
form and coordinate a Network of Proposers and to act as contact point
with the COST Office.

You are now able to use our online tool to fill in the Proposal template
and edit all fields until you submit, at the latest by the deadline for
submission, on Friday, April 11, 2014 17:00 CEST.

Please note that to be valid, your Proposal needs to be backed by a
Network of Proposers respecting the requirements specified in section
8.2 of the COST Open Call Guidelines for the TDP Pilot

To form a Network of Proposers online, all Proposers need to have a
complete and up-to-date e-COST profile, at: http://e-services.cost.eu.

As Main Proposer, you are in charge of inviting other participants to
join your Network (i.e. Secondary Proposers) and to check that the
institutional affiliations within the Network allow your Proposal to
meet the eligibility criteria set in the Guidelines.

To invite Secondary Proposers, please click on the “Network” tab in the
left-hand menu of the Proposal registration and submission tool. The
first section, called “Invitation Tool” will allow to invite people by
specifying their names and e-mails. An automatic invitation to join the
Network of Proposers will be sent to those you invite, with you in cc.
You will be able to add and delete Secondary Proposers at all times
until submission date.

Please be aware that only those listed in the section “Network of
Proposers” below the “Invitation Tool” are those officially included in
your Proposal.

Finally, please be aware that being part of a Network of Proposers means
sharing some personal details with all other members of the Network. By
accepting to be part of a Network of Proposers, you hereby accept to
share your personal details with all other Proposers in the Network. The
following details will be shown to all Proposers: Name, Last Name,
E-Mail, Telephone, Home Page (if provided), Core Scientific Expertise
(Sub-Field of Science), COST Category of Affiliation, Name of your
institution of affiliation.

Should you require additional information or clarifications, please do
not hesitate to contact me.

With kind regards,
