            This workshop is
a community consultation designed to explore review criteria
            of GeoHumanities
            interactive scholarly works.  Spatially-inflected digital
            projects embody
assumptions in their data and visual outputs that
            differentiate them from
text-based research.  Discussion will include best
            practices in the field,
as a first step towards validating the research within
            broader scholarly
communities. Attendees will review pre-selected projects,
            working in small
groups to test the draft criteria.  Those involved in, or
            interested in,
GeoHumanities research and information visualization, as
            well as those
interested in exploring DH peer review criteria are this
